Bank manager in court over £7 million IOU
A former financial consultant who stole £10 million in an elaborate scam to fuel his obsession with horse racing is due to be sentenced today. Gambling-mad Graham Price, 58, left a signed IOU for £7 million in the safe of the Halifax Bank agency he ran in Gowerton, south Wales.
