West Memphis, Hot Springs voters decide Tuesday on expanded gambling
LITTLE ROCK A heavy turnout is expected in Hot Springs and West Memphis on Tuesday, when voters in those cities will decide whether they want to expand electronic gambling at racetracks.

- Lotteries were brought to America in the 1800s by the thousands of Chinese immigrants who worked in the mines and on the railroads.

Then owner of the Horseshoe Jack Binion, hosted the very first one and has agreed to host upcoming World Series of Poker Tournament Circuit. Jack Binion said that is purely honorary and plans on doing other types deals and events in the future.
