‘Bingo’ formula isn’t by the numbers

Participatory shows go to greater and greater lengths to include theatergoers in the action. Where “The Awesome ’80s Prom” allows the audience to dance with the cast, “Bingo” lets the spectators play the titular game in competition with the performers.
