Gambling proposal passes in West Memphis; tax issues fail in Batesville, Camden

UNDATED West Memphis voters today approved a proposal to expand gambling at Southland Greyhound Park. The final unofficial vote was two-thousand-956 for the measure to allow electronic games of skill at the dog track and one-thousand-645 against.
