UPDATE:A-Max To Increase Stake In Macau Casino For HK$2B
HONG KONG (Dow Jones)–A-Max Holdings Ltd. (0959.HK), a small Hong Kong-listed electronics company with gaming interests, is increasing its stake in the company that runs Macau’s Greek Mythology Casino in a HK$2.05 billion deal that regulators are concerned could violate reverse takeover rules.
