Unnecessary gamble

Remember how the big bad attorney general’s office last month squelched the Texas hold ‘em tournament slated to benefit the new Almaden branch library? Fold ‘em, the AG’s office said to the Almaden Business Association, which was sponsoring the charity fundraiser. That kind of gambling is against the law.
