Kingsgate casino opens doors despite annexation controversy
KIRKLAND — The Caribbean Casino will begin its 20-hour a day, 365-day a year operations at 11 a.m. this morning in the Kingsgate building that houses the Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association’s bingo hall at 12526 N.E. 144th St.
