Century casinos makes S. African buy

Colorado Springsbased Century Casinos (Nasdaq: CNTY) said the company’s South African subsidiary, Century Casinos Africa Ltd., entered into definitive agreements to acquire 60 percent of Balele Leisure Ltd. and to manage Balele’s entire casino, resort and hotel operations.
