CLEVELAND, Ohio As reported by the Cleveland Plains-Dealer: “Mayor Jane Campbell is an unabashed booster of casinos, but Mayor-elect Frank Jackson is likely to be a grudging skeptic if gambling forces ask him to join a casino campaign next year.
