State’s casino pitch bugs gambling foes
TALLAHASSEE · Gov. Jeb Bush has never been a fan of gambling. But that isn’t stopping the state’s tax-supported tourism promotion agency from touting a casino ship as a spectacular reason to visit the Sunshine State.

- Although baccara has its origins in medieval Italy, it soon spread to France, where it was called "chemin de fer" (meaning railway, due to the action of the card box or shoe passing around the table on "tracks").
- The first World Series of Poker was held in downtown Las Vegas at the Horseshoe Casino back in 1970.
