Former C&A officials admit guilt in federal probe

Three former officials with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma have admitted embezzling gaming revenues from the Lucky Star Casinos. James Wayne Pedro, Sr., 66, of El Reno; Peggy BigPond, 51, of Concho and Lea E. Schantz, 40, of El Reno had all been accused of misusing the funds.
