Tribe agrees to use union construction labor
The Cowlitz Tribe has agreed to use only union workers to construct a proposed $510 million casino-hotel complex near La Center.

Gambling casinos history:
- Dice games have existed in one form or another for over 2000 years and were originally played with dice fashioned from the knucklebones of sheep.
