Opponent says gambling law illegal; Racing Commission moving to define ‘games of skill’
By Aaron Sadler Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - A new Arkansas law gave pro-gambling interests so much control over recent elections that the law should be considered unconstitutional, gambling opponents said Tuesday.
