Preservationists and Anti-Gambling Groups Plan to File Lawsuit

(Buffalo, NY, December 31, 2005) - - If a group of Western New Yorkers has its way, the Senecas will not expand their casino empire here in Buffalo. Assemblyman Sam Hoyt, along with preservationists and anti gambling groups plan to file a lawsuit in federal court on Tuesday.
