Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News Jan. 10–BILOXI — Harrah’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gambling company, will invest more than $1 billion to build two casinos in Biloxi, said Mayor A.J. Holloway, who expects the city’s economy to be moving at “full speed in three years.”
