Blue Chip hopes new casino will stave off competition
MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. - The Blue Chip Casino opened a new $170 million riverboat to the public on Tuesday as its owners prepare for the expected opening next year of an Indian-operated casino a short drive away in Michigan.
