Report: Richmond Casino Poses No Environmental Threats By RICHARD BRENNEMAN
Construction of the Sugar Bowl, a $200 million tribal casino on industrial lands in unincorporated North Richmond, would have no negative environmental impacts so great that they cant be mitigated, according to a recently released environmental impact statement (EIS).
