March 6 (Bloomberg) — Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd. and Melco International Development Ltd. agreed to pay $900 million to Wynn Resorts Ltd. for a license to own and run casinos in Macau, which is about to overtake Las Vegas as the world’s biggest gaming market.
