State Readies Counseling Program For Gambling Addicts
RALEIGH, N.C. — Along with promoting the education benefits and a chance to have some fun, state officials will try to get out another message when the North Carolina lottery begins in a few weeks: There’s help for people who can’t handle their gambling.
