Casino idea packs hearing in Massillon
For about an hour, the standing-room-only crowd gave the City Council its two cents’ worth. Those attending Monday night’s public forum — to discuss whether the Eastern Shawnee tribe of Oklahoma should build a casino resort in Massillon if gambling becomes legal in Ohio — were split.
