No gambling lords operating Small Town Lottery - PCSO
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) yesterday assured the House of Representatives that jueteng lords and illegal gambling operators have not been authorized to operate the Small Town Lottery (STL), adding that firms granted STL licenses are owned by businessmen of unassailable moral background.
