Solons to PCSO: Keep gambling lords from STL
Allies of President Arroyo in the House of Representatives on Friday challenged the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to come up with clear guidelines to be submitted to Congress on how the recently launched small-town lottery (STL) can be operated without the participation of known gambling lords.
