A judge has turned down a woman’s effort to recover $6,000 she claims she lost playing illegal video-gambling machines at a Northern Indiana bait shop. Nettie Hart, 69, of Wolcottville sued the owner of Sportsman’s Paradise, claiming that he’s responsible for her losses because he taught her how to play the Cherry Master machines in the store’s back room.
