Swedish internet cafe closed for “ocasional” online gambling

The owner of an internet café in Örebro in Sweden became the victim of bureaucracy this week after the premises was shut down by the local council, which argued that its twelve PCs were ‘occasionally’ used for gambling and the owner therefore needed a gaming permit.
