COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa As reported by the Daily Nonpariel News: “Council Bluffs casinos totaled $39.1 million in gross receipts for May, up $1.3 million from the same month last year but down about $1.5 million from April’s $40.6 million, according to figures released by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
