BILOXI, Mississippi (PRESS RELEASE) — Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) officials announced today the appointment of Kim Hardy as vice president and general manager of the company’s Waterloo, Iowa property expected to open in Spring 2007.
