Pinnacle Entertainment to Purchase President Casinos Notes
LAS VEGAS (PRESS RELEASE) — Pinnacle Entertainment (NYSE: PNK) today said it has entered into an agreement with members of the creditors’ committee of unsecured creditors in the President Casinos Inc. bankruptcy proceeding to make a tender offer for all the outstanding 13% senior exchange notes and 12% notes of President Casinos.
