Harrah’s, Asian firm bid on casino
SINGAPORE — American gambling giant Harrah’s Entertainment and Singapore property firm Keppel Land Ltd. announced Monday that they would submit a joint bid for Singapore’s second casino license.

- In 1911 US legislation prohibited stud poker but ruled that draw poker was a game of skill and therefore was not illegal.
