Former online gambling company executive pleads not guilty
David Carruthers, former chief executive of offshore Internet gambling company BetOnSports, pleaded not guilty on Monday in St. Louis to federal charges related to alleged illegal online gambling, including mail fraud, wire fraud, and racketeering.
