Nebraska Judge to Hear Casino Case
A judge was to hear arguments Thursday from a group pushing to legalize casino gambling in Nebraska. The lawsuit challenges Secretary of State John Gale’s ruling that a casino initiative violates the state constitution’s limit on submitting similar ballot proposals more than once in three years.
