Sawyer Bingo Stays Smoke-Free
Six weeks ago, the West Branch Community Center started a bingo night on Thursdays. Unlike other places, it is smoke-free. It has been a year since Marquette County instituted a smoking ban in public areas and workplaces.

Gambling casinos history:
- The first legal lottery in the twentieth century was the New Hampshire Sweepstakes which began on March 12, 1964. Currently 37 states and the District of Columbia operate lotteries.
