Festival promotes fun, service
STEUBENVILLE Visitors to the second annual African-American Heritage Festival Saturday found a variety of food, jewelry, clothing and other ethnic items for sale, live entertainment and bingo and other family-oriented games at the North End Park on Seventh Street.
