Annie Golden, Eartha Kitt Star in Off-Broadway Musical ‘Mimi Le Duck’
Annie Golden and Eartha Kitt will star in a new mounting of the musical Mimi Le Duck, the latest product of the New York International Fringe Festival to graduate to a commerical production.

- In 1973, the Commission on the Review of National Policy toward Gambling was created to study gambling in the United States.

1931: Gambling is legalized in Nevada on March 19. Construction begins on the long awaited Hoover Dam.
