City moves to clear air
Smokers have less than a year left to light up in Anchorage bars and bingo halls. The Anchorage Assembly on Tuesday night voted to ban smoking in those places — and in homes where a baby sitter is working — in a long-debated, long-awaited decision Tuesday night.
