Employer group rejects liability for gambling addictions
The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has called on state, territory and Commonwealth governments to amend discrimination, health and safety and workers compensation laws so that a persons gambling addiction is not able to be classed as a disability or impairment giving rise to employer obligations.
