Tabcorp withdraws from takeover bid
GAMING giant Tabcorp Holdings Ltd today withdrew its $1.9 billion takeover offer for Unitab Ltd, clearing the way for Tattersall’s Ltd’s planned “merger of equals” with Unitab.
