Bets firm target
PARTY Poker owner PartyGaming was yesterday reported to be one of the front-runners in the race to buy sports betting firm Victor Chandler. The gambling group’s interest in the Gibraltar-based operation came after it built up a £500m war chest following its flotation last year.
