State preps ballot text on slots
Columbus — Is short more important than detailed? That was the question Tuesday for the five-member Ohio Ballot Board as it wrote ballot language for a proposed constitutional amendment to allow slot machines at seven Ohio racetracks and two Cleveland nontrack locations.
