Report: Government to allow 10 offshore casinos in popular beach resort in southwest India

NEW DELHI _ Goa, a resort area famed for its white-sand beaches and hedonistic parties, plans to open 10 casinos on ships anchored off its coast in southwestern India, news reports said Tuesday.
