Tourism dept has no role in decision on casinos: Willy
Panaji, Sept 6: The Deputy Chief Minister and state president of Nationalist Congress Party, Dr Wilfred de Souza, has sought to steer clear of the government decision to grant licences to 10 floating casinos in the state.
