It’s out with summer and in with fall in village
ROSCOE - From a taco in a boat to a beer in hand, Roscoe experimented with new offerings at its fall festival this year. The three-day event kicked off Friday and featured a parade as well as carnival rides, bingo, food, a teen tent and musical entertainment.
