Casino seeks to expand again; Dover Downs hopes to add space for slots, restaurants
DOVER With expansion of its hotel already under way, Dover Downs filed plans last week with the Dover Planning Commission to add more space for slot machines, restaurants and offices.

Gambling casinos history:
