PA Indian Casinos RollCall
The 247-171 roll call Wednesday by which the House failed to pass a bill that would prohibit American Indian tribes from building new casinos away from their reservations. The vote was short of the two-thirds majority the bill needed for passage under House rules limiting debate on it.
