Prosecutor: Illegal gambling spawns larger corruption
Delaware County Prosecutor Richard Reed says the prosecution of drug cases and violent crimes should take priority over gambling investigations. “It’s one of those crimes where you don’t have a bleeding victim,” he explained Tuesday.
