The company\’s stock declined 69 cents, or 3 percent, to $22.31 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq. The stock has been trading in a 52-week range between $16.73 and $26.57.

- 1905: The town of Las Vegas is founded when the San Pedro, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company holds a land auction at the site on May 15.
