Gaming regulators OK site development for DIberville casino
BILOXI The Mississippi Gaming Commission has approved site development for a casino in DIberville. At the same time, Peter Simon, a former Las Vegas gambling executive, announced he will develop the casino without the two local businessmen who were his partners.
