President’s historic site includes the leader himself
Andrew Johnson owes Bill Clinton a thank you. The 17th President of the United States had always been known as the only president to be impeached. Then, 130 years later, No. 42 comes up with “I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” and, bingo, Johnson has a buddy.

- As early as 1420, lotteries were used in Europe for public works. High-value commodities such as land and art were often sold through lotteries.
