School fire prompts new bingo rules
There will be changes in the smoking policy for the Catholic Diocese of Evansville. This comes just weeks after a fire, which started because of cigarettes left over from bingo night, severely damaged Good Shepherd School. Hundreds of students were displaced as a result.
