Analysis of gambling market key to Clark casino
Projecting how much money a Clark County casino could make - and how much it would take away from other casinos and communities on the Ohio River - will be the first step in deciding if one could operate in the county, a consultant told the Jeffersonville Gaming Commission Friday at its first meeting.
