Bill filed to create panel to oversee charitable bingo, raffles
By Rob Moritz Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Despite approval in November of a constitutional amendment that allows charitable bingo and raffles in Arkansas, it will be July 1 before people can legally begin playing the games, according to bill filed Wednesday in the Legislature.
